This fun class provides a good foundation of active play skills with a chance to practice more complicated movements, develop and build on basic ball handling skills and has a greater emphasis on building fitness levels throughout the term. 

Children will be asked to follow multiple steps in an exercise with verbal and visual demonstration provided. This is a chance to develop their abilities to follow instructions and remember multiple movements. The fun games help to develop gross motor skills.

This group aims to help build the child’s confidence in preparation for participation in team sports.

Classes are limited to 10 children.

Children should comfortable clothes and wear shoes suitable for running.

Please bring a water bottle to each session.
