This group is for children who would like to increase their level of fitness and their ability to engage in active play. With a focus on soccer skill development the exercises work to develop increased overall coordination with hand eye and hand foot coordination.

Children will practice following multiple step instructions, remember multiple movements to be completed in order and develop their ability to play as a team. 

This group is suitable for children who would like to play soccer but are unable to participate in soccer matches, for children who need to increase their stamina during active play or for children who would benefit from additional practice to help them increase their ability to play during team sports and in the school playground.
